Durak App Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Durak app (the “app”). “We” and “us” mean the app’s developer. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Durak is a card game with offline play against computer opponents and online multiplayer. Our App Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Eligibility and responsibilities
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, you must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the app and make purchases. You are responsible for lawful use of the app and for keeping your device and store account secure.
3. In-app purchases
Premium unlocks ad-free play and extra features such as chat, additional emojis, transferable Durak, and faster level-ups. The purchase screen shows the price, features, and duration before you pay. Lifetime premium is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Where offered, one-week premium is a separate one-time purchase that expires after one week and does not automatically renew. Other purchases unlock the benefits described on their purchase screens.
To restore lifetime premium or other restorable purchases, use “Restore” in the app’s settings while signed in to the same store account used to buy them. Purchases do not transfer between Google Play and Apple’s App Store. One-week premium is a consumable purchase and is not restored by the store’s Restore function; contact us if you lose access before it expires.
4. Advertising
Free gameplay may display ads, including interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads. A rewarded ad may unlock a temporary benefit for the duration shown in the app.
5. Refunds
Purchases through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and request process. For purchases through Apple’s App Store, use Apple’s refund process. You can also contact us for help with a purchase. These processes do not limit any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
6. Online multiplayer
Online play requires an internet connection. Availability is not guaranteed: maintenance, connection problems, or other technical interruptions may disrupt games. We may update or change the service, subject to your rights under applicable law.
7. User conduct
Do not abuse or harass other players, cheat, disrupt games or servers, or use the app for unlawful activity. We may restrict access to online features for violations of these rules. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.
8. Intellectual property
The app, artwork, and software remain the property of the developer or their respective licensors. You receive permission to use the app for personal entertainment; no ownership rights are transferred. Do not copy, sell, or distribute our protected content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
9. Liability and consumer rights
We use reasonable care in providing the app, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections, statutory warranties, or remedies.
